Job Summary
We are seeking an Educational Content Editor for a direct hire opportunity in Caguas, PR. This role is ideal for an experienced editorial professional who enjoys improving educational content, maintaining editorial standards, and ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across published materials.
The Educational Content Editor will help shape editorial policy, review educational resources, validate references and facts, and support the development of high-quality instructional content. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented editor who values collaboration, clear communication, and meaningful work in the printing and publishing industry.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to educational materials that support learners and internal teams, while working in a professional environment that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain editorial policies, style guides, publication guidelines, and content evaluation rubrics.
- Review educational texts to determine publication readiness and approve final content changes.
- Validate references, facts, data, grammar, style, formatting, and overall content presentation.
- Plan content creation in alignment with editorial policies, style guidelines, and publication requirements.
- Conduct internet and reference research to adapt educational resources as needed.
