Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and highly organized Visual Content Creator with a strong background in photography and graphic design to join our creative team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our hospitality marketing efforts for a specific portfolio of hotels and restaurants within our network-capturing compelling photo and video content, contributing fresh ideas and visual concepts, and supporting the development of cohesive brand identities. You'll be working closely with marketing and design teams on projects that span social media, email campaigns, advertising, and brand development. Daily tasks will include everything from content creation, to editing, file management, social media curation for our smaller accounts & more.
Key Responsibilities
• Photo & video content creation for hotel and restaurant brands.
• Creating unique and compelling visual branding concepts, translating multiple brand identities into digital campaigns that resonate with audiences.
• Smaller graphic design tasks
• Communicating with property management to schedule photoshoots
• Production on campaign shoots, including creating call sheets, location and shot lists, hiring models & booking talent
• Working with internal marketing teams (external graphic design team, email, social media, etc.).
• Managing & organizing content
• Editing & sizing photos for different platforms
• Assisting in managing online brand presence, updating images on websites & platforms like google business profiles, OpenTable etc.
Weekly Tasks
• Meeting with the marketing team to align content shoots needed & priorities
• Organizing & Managing content
• Working with property management to schedule shoots
• Overseeing content for website development & maintenance
• Assisting with any smaller graphic design tasks needed & overseeing approval of graphic design tasks that are outsourced
Requirements
• Experience in photography & videography
• Experience in still food & product photography in addition to lifestyle & fashion
• Knowledge of natural & studio lighting
• Strong time & project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think creatively and produce under pressure.
• Must provide own professional camera
• Must have your own editing software
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with boutique or luxury hospitality brands.
• Familiarity with design programs such as InDesign, Canva, etc.
