Job description

Summary:

We are looking for a candidate that is positive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and can lead a quality staff. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Highlands Golf Club at Seven Springs.

The staff member will greet and service guests of the golf course by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Display friendly, positive and professional behavior with guests, coworkers and supervisors.
  • Uphold the values and standards of the department, company handbook, cash handling policy and safety handbook.
  • Maintain professional appearance with nametag.
  • Answer telephone calls and field questions concerning merchandise or tee times.
  • Book tee times.
  • Assist with outing and group events.
  • Accept payment and makes changes.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer.
  • Open and close Pro Shop.
  • Speak clearly and in a positive manner at all times
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Current High school student or graduate or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
