Job description

General Laborer- Pay up to $20/hr- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Pay: $20/hr

Shift: 1st shift- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove cardboard, plastic, and other waste materials from work areas.
  • Perform moderate to heavy lifting throughout the shift.
  • Use pallet jacks to move, organize, strap, and catalog materials.
  • Assist with equipment and camera installation projects.
  • Use hand tools and air-powered tools to complete assigned tasks.
  • Follow diagrams and step-by-step work instructions.
  • Support inventory, housekeeping, and general warehouse operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to consistently lift 40-50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working 8-hour shifts on concrete floors.
  • Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, loading, packaging, or cleaning environments.
