Job Summary
Are you looking for a handson role with a company that invests in your growth? We’re seeking an EntryLevel General Laborer to join a manufacturing team in Garrett, IN. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building, learning new skills, and working in a fastpaced fabrication environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
Performing multiple fabrication tasks to produce ACM and sheet metal products
Reading layout plans, blueprints, and drawings to complete assigned work
Accurately reading and converting decimals
Using tape measures and hand tools to assemble and fabricate parts
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
 Supporting production needs as business demand increasesIn addition, you will assist with general labor duties and contribute to a teamfocused environment that encourages internal growth.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:  
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment preferred
Ability to read prints and layout parts
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Ability to convert decimals
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Mechanical Aptitude: Useful for fabrication tasks and reading measurements
