What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of a candidate's evaluation should focus on skills, experience, and qualifications, while 30% should consider cultural fit and soft skills. For a temporary foundry worker, this emphasizes assessing technical ability alongside reliability and teamwork. This approach helps ensure the worker is both capable and a good fit for the work environment.

What jobs pay 2000 a day?

Jobs that can pay $2,000 a day include specialized roles such as temporary foundry workers involved in high-demand manufacturing projects, certain freelance or consulting positions, and high-level trades like skilled welders or industrial technicians with advanced certifications. Such positions are typically project-based, involve overtime, or require working in remote or hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with foundry pouring operations to support the production of cast parts for the mining industry.

Why Work Here?
