To thrive as a Temporary Foundry Engineer, you need a solid background in metallurgy, materials science, and engineering principles, often supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with foundry equipment, CAD software, simulation tools, and safety protocols is typically required. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential soft skills in this role.
