FIFA World Cup Hospitality Transportation Team - June/July 2026

Multilingual Transportation Coordinator - (Spanish / Portuguese Speaking)

Locations: Los Angeles & San Francisco
Position Type: Temporary / Event-Based

We are seeking professional, energetic, and bilingual team members to support transportation operations for one of the world's largest sporting events, the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

As a Transportation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless guest experience by assisting attendees from designated pick-up locations to event venues and safely back again.

Ideal Candidate

You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with people from around the world, and can confidently manage transportation logistics while delivering exceptional guest service.

Previous experience with large-scale sporting events, hospitality programs, or transportation coordination is highly desirable.

Available Positions for both locations:

-Lead Transportation Coordinators - 1 Spanish Speaking

-Lead Transportation Coordinator - 1 Portuguese Speaking

  • Provides leadership and oversight to the transportation team

  • Serves as the primary point of contact on-site

  • Assists with escalations and operational coordination

-40+ Transportation Coordinators - Spanish Speaking

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests at designated transportation pick-up locations

  • Verify guest assignments using provided transportation rosters

  • Escort guests to their assigned motorcoach or shuttle

  • Ride with guests to and from event venues

  • Maintain an on-site presence throughout the event

  • Coordinate guest boarding for return transportation

  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe, organized experience

  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and event management

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (depending on role)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Prior experience in hospitality, transportation, events, or customer service preferred

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to remain standing and active for extended periods

Schedule
