Main Activities and Responsibilities
Uniforms, Manager - DescriptionReporting organisationally to the Uniforms Senior Manager, the Uniform Distribution Center Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Uniforms team, and work in close collaboration with the Uniforms Central Team, FIFA Teamwear, and other key individuals responsible for delivering FIFA World Cup 2026 uniform distribution.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Uniform Distribution Center Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
  • The UDC Manager oversees the entirety of operations at the Uniform Distribution Center and is responsible for ensuring every FWC26 workforce and volunteer member that attends, has a World Cup-worthy experience.
  • This role ensures all processes run smoothly, maintains quality standards, and leads the team in achieving operational excellence.
  • Drive and manage processes across all operational areas, including check-in, waiting areas, fitting rooms, uniform collection, and check-out stations.
  • Oversee staff and volunteer coordination, scheduling and day-to-day engagement.
  • Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in distribution operations between each guest group (workforce and volunteers).
  • Develop and implement best practices.
  • Serve as primary point of accountability for UDC performance identifying any risks and issues and escalating as appropriate.
  • Supervise the UDC setup process, from product arrival to UDC opening and ultimate dismantling and dissolution.
  • Identify and solve issues and risks related to UDC operations - collaborating with the wider Uniforms Team.
  • Train and motivate the UDC operations team on-the-ground and more broadly across the tournament where possible.
  • Attend daily debriefings and complete daily reports, including the documentation of incidents to Central Team via We-Track and Microsoft Teams.

Deputy Manager Uniforms - DescriptionReporting organisationally to the Uniform Distribution Center Manager, the Deputy Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Uniforms team, and work in close collaboration with the Uniforms Central HQ Team, FIFA Teamwear, and other key individuals responsible for delivering FIFA World Cup 2026 uniform distribution.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Uniform Distribution Center Deputy Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
  • The UDC Deputy Manager supports the Manager in overseeing uniform distribution operations with a focus on product management, logistics, and back-of-house organization.
  • Manage product flow, inventory, and replenishment. Coordinate logistics to support distribution efficiency.
  • Oversee back-of-house operations and ensure readiness of supplies.
  • Support UDC Manager in executing operational strategies, training, and day-to-day UDC operations to deliver a positively memorable experience for FWC26 volunteer and workforce collecting their tournament time uniform.

Uniforms, Coordinator - DescriptionReporting organisationally to the Uniform Distribution Center Manager, the Uniform Distribution Center Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA26 Uniforms team, and work in close collaboration with the Uniforms Central HQ Team, FIFA Teamwear, and other key individuals responsible for delivering FIFA World Cup 2026 uniform distribution.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Uniform Distribution Center Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
  • The UDC Coordinator plays a central role in delivering the uniform operations through supporting volunteers, operating system and working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a smooth experience for all FWC26 Workforce and Volunteers.
  • For all roles, we seek talented, hardworking people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a global mindset: Provide direct support to Uniforms volunteers (UNF VOL).
  • Assist clients and lead by example to provide a World Cup level of service to all.
  • Troubleshoot system and process issues. Manage client flow, reassigning UNF VOL to address bottlenecks.
  • Support check-in challenges and serve as help desk resource.
  • Train and lead volunteers to triage and resolve issues effectively.
  • Support the product re-stock strategy.
  • Support UDC Manager and Deputy in executing operational strategies, training, and day-to-day UDC operations.

Your Profile
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience in logistics, distribution, event operations, inventory management, or customer service environments will also be considered.

Work Experience
  • Experience supporting or managing high-volume distribution centers, retail operations, logistics, or event operations.
  • Experience coordinating or supervising volunteers, staff, or customer-facing operations in fast-paced environments.
  • For manager-level role: experience leading large teams, managing operational programs, and driving process improvements.

Language
  • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
