  • Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
  • Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Trading Card Game (TCG) Supply Chain team by owning master carton label creation and managing item master data. This role partners closely with internal production teams and external co-manufacturers to ensure accurate labeling, efficient data management, and smooth execution of product distribution.

What you’ll do

  • Independently manage the creation and maintenance of Master Carton Labels
  • Partner with co-manufacturers and vendors to interpret labeling requirements, resolve discrepancies impacting production and distribution, and serve as a point of contact for labeling and item data issues by providing guidance and resolving cross-functional inquiries.
  • Maintain and govern item master data in ERP systems, exercising judgment in determining appropriate updates
  • Evaluate and ensure accuracy of item master data, and customer-facing documents by independently resolving inconsistencies across systems and vendor inputs, while  approving/rejecting proofs to ensure compliant and accurate product information.
  • Own the integrity of item descriptions and product information, determining necessary updates to support downstream operational needs
  • Help track and organize labeling requests and documentation
  • Serve as the final approver for label proofs provided by co-manufacturers, ensuring compliance with item master data, regulatory requirements, and company standards; provide feedback and corrective guidance when labels are out of compliance to prevent production delays, relabeling fees, and other incurred costs resulting from inaccurate label information.
  • Perform routine data cleanup and validation to ensure high-quality records
  • Identify, recommend, and contribute to the implementation of process improvements impacting data management and labeling efficiency             

What you’ll bring

  • Four (4) to six plus (6+) years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, data entry, or administrative support (internship experience welcome) or a demonstrated level of expertise
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and complete tasks accurately

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $32.00/hr - $39.00/hr per year. The full range is $32.00/hr - $51.00/hr per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
