Job Description

The Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent guest service while efficiently handling transactions in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment.

  • Maintain proper and clean uniform at all times
  • Arrive on time and follow attendance policies
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Take, repeat, and confirm guest orders
  • Suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience
  • Explain promotions, coupons, and pager systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Stock and manage display cases
  • Follow all side work duties assigned by management
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have fun
