$23.00 per hour

To be considered, candidates must be available for every scheduled shift listed below.
Steel-toed boots are required and must be provided by the employee
Must be able to work 10–16 hour shifts
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Required Project Schedule:
  • August 10, 2026: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • August 11, 2026: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • August 12, 2026: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • August 13, 2026: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • August 16, 2026: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • August 17, 2026: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Applicants must be able to work ALL dates and ALL hours listed above.
Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to assist with the setup and teardown of a large outdoor festival in Kingston, NY. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced project that involves moving materials, assembling event infrastructure, and supporting event operations before and after the festival.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can maintain a strong work ethic during long shifts.
Festival Event Laborer Responsibilities:
  • Assist with festival setup and teardown activities
  • Load, unload, move, and organize event equipment and materials
  • Support crews with assembling and dismantling event infrastructure
  • Use basic hand tools as needed
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
  • Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions
  • Assist with general labor duties throughout the project

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work extended shifts of up to 16 hours
  • Comfortable performing physical labor for the duration of the project
  • Experience using basic hand tools preferred, but not required
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work site
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Steel-toed boots required
