Job Title: Production AssemblerJob DescriptionCandidates will use hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies used across multiple fields. Production machinery will be employed to print on solder paste and smaller pieces. Candidates are expected to perform quality checks on their work before proceeding to subsequent steps. Computers will be utilized to access step-by-step instructions for each assembly, requiring the ability to log into multiple programs simultaneously. The computer use is straightforward for those with basic familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches for assembly.
- Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products before moving to the next step.
- Access and follow step-by-step instructions using computer programs.
Essential Skills- Basic computer operation skills.
- Proficiency in assembly processes.
- Soldering skills.
- Experience with hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of soldering experience for potentially higher starting pay.
- Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.
- Background in customer service can be advantageous.
