America's premier window and door replacement company, Renewal by Andersen, is looking for people who love to talk to and meet new people, travel across Wisconsin, and be a brand ambassador to build company rapport towards lead generation!

This isn't your typical 9 to 5 - it's an exciting opportunity for no day to ever be the same! Travel to events, RSVP dinners, and retail stores to market and promote a great product, be the friendly face of the company, and get paid an hourly base plus generous bonuses while doing it!

What you'll do as an Events and Retail Marketer:

  • Generate leads and appointments at Events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources
  • Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
  • Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes tents, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
  • Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
  • Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to fit tent inside
  • Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
