Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a U.S. Venture Open Intern for our Summer 2027 internship program! The U.S. Venture Open Intern will support of the U.S. Venture Open philanthropic golf outing. This position will work throughout Summer 2027 with potential to work during winter break and spring break leading up to summer 2027. This role is located at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI may require additional work hours closer to the event.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with U.S. Venture Open event preparation and execution

  • Order supplies

  • Work with vendors to order necessary services

  • Prepare and organize event documentation and supplies for all locations

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Actively pursuing bachelor's degree in business (marketing, HR, communications, management, business, or related field)
  • Junior or Senior status preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great communication skills via email, over the phone and in person
  • Ability to prioritize and work under multiple deadlines
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience
