Position Overview
The Summer Camp Teacher supports the mission of our Christian school by creating a safe, joyful, and Christ-centered environment where students can learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships. This role combines hands-on teaching, supervision, and spiritual leadership throughout the summer camp program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead daily lessons, activities, and enrichment experiences that reflect Christian values and support campers academic, social, and spiritual growth.
  • Foster a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere where students feel known, supported, and challenged.
  • Integrate biblical principles into instruction, conversations, and classroom management.
  • Supervise students during all camp activities, ensuring safety, engagement, and positive behavior.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and camp updates.
  • Collaborate with camp staff to organize special events, field trips, and service opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and follow all school policies and procedures.
