As an Event Structures Installer, you'll play a hands-on role in building the environments that bring major events to life. From large-scale sporting events to high-profile cultural experiences, you'll help transform open spaces into unforgettable venues.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, travel, and the satisfaction of seeing the direct impact of their effort. No two days are the same - and your work will be seen by thousands (sometimes millions) of people.
How You'll Support the Structure
  • Install and dismantle frame tents, temporary structures, staging, and flooring for live events nationwide
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and fellow Installers to complete builds safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Use hand tools, hand-powered drills, and basic equipment to complete installations
  • Read measurements, layouts, and instructions to ensure precise builds
  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as part of event setup and teardown
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
  • Represent Arena professionally while working at client sites and event venues
The Foundation You Already Have
We're looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being hands-on.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Willingness to travel nationwide up to 100% of the time
  • Availability to work long and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
  • Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively as part of a team
Bonus Points If You Have These
  • Previous experience installing tents, temporary structures, staging, or event infrastructure
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior experience using tools in construction, events, or similar environments
