Job description

Jenks Public Schools Job Description
Position: Temporary Enrollment Center Assistant
Reports to: Enrollment Center Coordinator
Supervises: None
Qualifications:
  1. High School diploma/GED required.
  2. Experience with computers.
  3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Exhibits strong core values, including respect, trust and honesty.
  5. Satisfy all district requirements regarding physical health, citizenship and background.
  6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Position Goals: Assist in enrolling students in a timely manner with customer focus.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with everyday operations of the Enrollment Center, including data entry, answering phones and questions patrons may have.
  2. Work with parents to complete the enrollment process.
  3. Assist with processing incoming records, faxes and emails.
  4. Attend all required meetings and meet all staff development requirements.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Hearing/Speaking Requirements: Adequate to exchange information.
