Job Title: Temporary Warehouse

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Shift: 1st

Starting Compensation Range: $12.77 - $15.66 per hour 

The Temporary Warehouse position is a summer position. The individual in this role is responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking, filling orders and making hydraulic hoses. 

Requirements for the Temporary Warehouse position include:

  • Self-starter able to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work as an integral part of a team
  • Strong mechanical aptitude required; must be able to learn and apply knowledge of parts, components and equipment
  • Capable of safely operating all material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and other similar material handling equipment
  • Proficient computer technology skills, including ability to utilize company software
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work all shifts and overtime as needed to meet customer needs
  • Promote a positive customer experience

    Seeking Candidates with:

    • Previous work experience in warehouse or parts operations, plus seated lift truck experience, required
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Physical Requirements:

    • Frequently sitting for extended periods of time
    • Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
    • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
