Overview
Job Responsibilities:
  • Have a proven track record of thinking conceptually and strategically across multiple platforms.
  • Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas.
  • Oversee the development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to small, one-time projects.
  • Direct teams in execution with an appreciation and understanding of craft.
  • Build relationships internally and externally that enable stakeholders to trust you when taking risks.
  • Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech.
  • Motivate and manage direct reports, working with creative operations on career development.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Four-year degree and at least ten years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with expertise developing cross-channel campaigns.
  • Experience working with automotive clients or brands.
  • Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind - yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful - of the work and your peers.
  • Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL• E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: USD $129,485.00 - USD $177,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
