Overview

We're looking for a Social Creative/Assistant Account Executive who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and client service. You'll be responsible for ideating engaging content for social media, managing client relationships, and helping to implement campaigns from concept to launch.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and pitch social-first content ideas that align with client goals and brand voice.
  • Write captions, scripts, and other copy tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clients to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Stay on top of cultural and platform trends to inspire timely and relevant content.
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas with the internal team and contribute to creative concepting sessions.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Manage content calendars, approval workflows, and project timelines.
  • Prepare and present creative decks
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, paid media) to meet deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with client expectations, brand guidelines, and strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a social media, creative, or an account role
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, their audiences, and content formats.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills - you get tone of voice.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Bonus: experience using tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Additional InformationCompensation Range: $39,710 - $50,100 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
