Description The R&D Software Engineer designs, develops, and transitions software solutions that supports the client's research and operational missions. This role focuses on transforming research concepts, operational needs, and emerging technologies into reliable, fieldable software. The engineer works in a hands‑on, applied R&D environment alongside multidisciplinary teams to build and integrate software with sensors, autonomous systems, and data pipelines. Success in this role requires strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability to evolving requirements, and a bias toward delivering practical, deployable solutions.
