  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or related field preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered in place of formal education
  • Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or a related manufacturing field is preferred and will give a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and project management tools
