Job Description (highlight details of the tasks the temporary employee will be performing):
• Responsible for the review and routing of incoming deduction claims. Portfolio of deductions to be maintained at less than #####M on a monthly basis.
• Will be responsible for making initial contact with internal and external customers to collect data and claim detail for claim review.
• Ensure appropriate approvals and documentation are received in order to resolve outstanding deductions. Approvals will need to fall within an established limit of authority matrix.
• Will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Deduction Analyst and peers.
• Will be responsible for communicating CCFS department and Eaton policies regarding selling, pricing, rebates, and returns.
