This is a full-time, temporary assignment lasting approximately 20 weeks with a well-respected nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington. You'll join a collaborative team that supports volunteers who help distribute millions of pounds of food to local communities each year.

As a Temporary Admin, you'll play an important role in recruiting, scheduling, and supporting volunteers who make the organization's mission possible. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and making a positive impact in your community, this is a rewarding opportunity to gain experience with a mission-driven organization.

Temporary Admin Duties:
o Recruit, schedule, and coordinate volunteers to support warehouse operations, special events, and administrative departments
o Communicate volunteer assignments, send reminders, and manage schedule changes
o Maintain volunteer schedules, records, and registrations using online scheduling tools and databases
o Respond to volunteer inquiries and build positive relationships with volunteers
