Summary of position:
Prepares items for shipment using correct methods and records incoming and outgoing packages properly.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Verifies order from ShipStation and matches up TRF with shipping labels that they print.
  • Prepares items for shipment.
  • Knowledge of different shipping methods such as ShipStation, UPS.
  • Assembles contents of outgoing packages in perfect condition.
  • Wraps goods and packages in an envelope or a box depending on how many kits.
  • Receives incoming shipments and checks them in and puts them in their proper place.
  • Packs, addresses, and ships materials.
  • Prepares waybills and related paperwork for commercial and other shipments.
  • Ships out orders using ShipStation and UPS software, mailing machine.
  • Operates computer, mailing machine and printers.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Prepares kit components that are requested by different doctors.
  • Assemble and builds different kits that we currently make sure the shelves are currently stock for the next day.
  • Labels blood pour off tubes, urine cups, kit boxes, UPS lab packs, UPS envelopes.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to read and write clearly.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas.

Education and Experience:
  • High School degree or equivalent GED.
  • Courses in typing and business arithmetic preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Required to sit for 50% and stand 15% of time.
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects of up to 40 lbs. Bending and stooping about 15% of the time.
  • Required to stand, walk, sit for a period of the time.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
