Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a Temporary Retail Recruiter to join their team on a remote basis. This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately 6 months.
This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle for retail positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. Retail recruiting experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Clearly communicate candidate strengths and provide thoughtful rationale for candidate recommendations to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Adapt recruiting strategies when searches become challenging, leveraging creative sourcing techniques and collaborating with hiring managers to identify new approaches.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process.
Qualifications
  • 3+ Full-cycle retail recruiting experience is required.
  • Experience recruiting for a luxury retail brand is strongly preferred; candidates from advanced contemporary brands will also be considered.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently discuss candidate profiles and influence hiring decisions.
  • Polished, professional, and energetic presence with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership.
  • Resourceful and hands-on recruiter who can think creatively, pivot search strategies, and proactively solve hiring challenges.
  • Collaborative team player and a strong partnership mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $50 - $53/hr
