Job description

This is a temporary position. 

As the Sr. Manager, Change Management and Associate Engagement you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of change management and communication strategies for several high-priority HR initiatives globally, impacting a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings experience in managing behavior and technology changes through creative and engaging strategies that drive awareness, facilitate buy-in, prepare teams for change, and generate excitement across key stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge for communications and change management best practices as well as a collaborative work style that thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

 

Required

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Business Management, or Related Field
  • Minimum of six years of experience supporting or leading change management, communications, employee engagement
  • Experience influencing business leaders, providing communication and change management support

 

Preferred

  • Strong writer and copy editor, translating complex or technical information into a digestible narrative
  • Ability to create visual materials, on brand and designed to engage associates
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills to drive productive outcomes
  • Expertise in performing change diagnostic work and needs assessments
  • Strong program and project management skills essential, including the knowledge of the project lifecycle phases

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Design and execute effective communication and change management strategies that reduce risks, inform and inspire and drive adoption of new processes, technologies and/or behaviors
  • Manage multiple priorities on time in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work environment
  • Lead the execution of key change management deliverables including focus groups and insights gathering, impact assessments, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis and more
  • Lead the creation, review and distribution of internal communications and engagement tactics including presentations and talking points, direct email, webinar development and execution, creative content and videos, intranet UI, and more
  • Partner with HR teams to measure success in support of full life-cycle deployment efforts as well as ad-hoc projects - from assessment to implementation to sustainment
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks, provide timely updates to leadership
  • Provide input to ensure learning programs, training, and support materials are effective
  • Manage senior level clients/stakeholders within and outside of HR to translate business needs into change and engagement solutions
  • Write and edit clear and concise communications; create visually appealing materials
  • Lead the creation and execution of key deliverables like:
    • Communication and training strategy
    • Change impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to determine change management needs for diverse audiences
    • Deployment readiness checklists
    • Creative materials - videos, posters, graphics, flyers
    • Facilitate meetings, reviews, and work collaboratively across the organization to produce effective results
    • Measurement strategy to measure the effectiveness of change management and deployment efforts; set targets, track results and create plans to improve programs
