THE OPPORTUNITY
Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Seasonal Horseshoe Cook, PM for the main clubhouse. As a Cook in our kitchens, you play a key role in preparing high-quality menu items for our members and their guests. You take pride in following standard recipes, maintaining consistency, and delivering well-prepared dishes in a timely manner. You are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to upholding food safety and sanitation standards while contributing to a smooth and organized kitchen operation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and daily prep needs
• Set up, maintain, and break down workstation for service
• Coordinate and time orders with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and food storage
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to leadership
• Follow all food safety, health, and equipment safety procedures

• Wage: $18.00 to 21.00/hr
