The BOH Team Member role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day.

Duties: (full list of mixed duties)
  • Cooking Skills
    • Cooking food in a timely manner
    • Memorize and utilize serving portions for each dish
  • Food Safety/Safety
    • Follow food safety guidelines
    • Keep up with the oven (checking oven temperature, loading oven with charcoal, cleaning oven)
    • Ensure proper cooking temp.
    • Be able to follow food handling guidelines and sanitary and health-related protocols. 
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Prep
    • Follow production charts, fill out logs and keep track of chicken cooking time.
    • Organize and store chicken in its proper containers.
    • Prepare ingredients for cooking
    • Store food in their designated container in an organized manner
    • Portion, wrap, and label ingredients with name and date 
  • Cleaning
    • Utilizing correct cleaning methods for the preparation of certain items
    • Wash dishes using the dishwasher or by hand.
    • Be able to perform opening, closing and side work.
