The CHSLD Age-3 is looking for a pharmacist with a first-cycle doctorate in pharmacy (Pharm. D.) to join its multidisciplinary team in its two private, contracted facilities, recognized for the quality of their care and their caring atmosphere. You will have a tangible impact on the lives of our residents, in a caring and supportive environment. Desired profile: Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. To be a member in good standing of the Quebec Order of Pharmacists Experience in a long-term care facility is an asset Hold or commit to obtaining the title of Associate Clinician from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Montreal and/or the title of Clinical Lecturer from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Laval University A valid driver's license is required to travel between the two establishments.
