  • YOUR ROLE

    As a Cook helper, your role is to support meal preparation and service while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and the proper operation of the kitchen.

    Specifically, your main responsibilities include:

    • Prepare, issue, and follow up on project-based billing.

    • Assist with food preparation (mise en place, simple side dishes, support with cooking).

    • Prepare and organize workstations and support meal service.

    • Maintain proper food presentation and safe temperatures before and during service.

    • Perform full cleaning of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.

    • Strictly apply hygiene and food safety standards (MAPAQ or equivalent) and work closely with the kitchen team, including full cleanup at the end of each rotation.
