Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Associate for a contract opportunity in Gainesville, FL within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys document management, operational support, data accuracy, and working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
As an Administrative Operations Associate, you will support day-to-day back-office operations by managing documents, creating service requests, assisting with transaction-related tasks, and helping ensure workflows are completed accurately and on time. This opportunity offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule, long-term contract potential, and the chance to work with a collaborative operations team that values accuracy, professionalism, and reliable support.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve completed forms from vendor websites and upload documents for service request processing.
- Organize, store, and maintain documents in designated folders to support accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Create and manage service requests to track workflow status and ensure timely processing.
- Assist operational departments with basic service requests, including account maintenance and money movement support.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial and client-related information.
Compensation and Benefits
