The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Office and Administration Manager in ensuring that all guests of the Great Neck office are being met with the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.                                                        

II.  EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.                                                            

III.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a friendly, positive manner.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Manage the Concur expense platform.
  • Keep office up to date with stationary materials which includes ordering appropriate office supplies.
  • Keep updated record of office expenses.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries to the office.
  • Provide accurate information to guests and employees.
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms.
  • Utilize Iovino computers with skill and proficiency.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative and clerical duties upon request.

IV.  QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Customer service experience.
