What are the typical challenges faced in a temporary concert merch sales role, and how can applicants prepare for them?

Temporary concert merch sales staff often encounter fast-paced environments, especially during peak times before and after a show. Handling long lines, managing cash or card transactions quickly, and keeping track of inventory are common challenges. Flexibility and teamwork are also important, as roles and responsibilities may shift throughout the event.
