Registration Coordinator - Launch Exceptional Household Goods Relocation Experiences at The Pasha Group
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled at keeping important information organized and moving accurately? Join The Pasha Group as a Registration Coordinator, where you will help initiate the transportation and logistics process for household goods relocation services.
In this role, you will receive and register customer orders, enter and maintain shipment information, communicate with customers and transportation partners, and ensure each relocation file is accurate, complete, and processed within required timeframes. You will play an important part in delivering smooth customer experience from the very beginning of the move.
Coordinate Order Registration & Shipment Information
Help ensure household goods transportation orders are accurate, complete, and ready for action.
  • Register New Orders: Enter new customer orders and shipment details into computerized tracking and proprietary database systems.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep shipment information, schedules, logs, tasks, and documentation current, thorough, and accurate.
  • Review for Errors: Monitor databases for missing information, exceptions, and inaccuracies; research and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track Shipment Activity: Trace shipments with steamship lines, trucking vendors, railroads, and other transportation suppliers.
  • Process Documents: Scan, separate, and organize documents within the Document Management System.

Deliver Excellent Customer Service & Communication
Serve as a responsive, reliable point of contact for customers and internal partners.
  • Answer Customer Calls: Respond to incoming phone calls, assess customer needs, and take the appropriate action.
  • Monitor Customer Communications: Promptly respond to email and other customer inquiries while providing timely updates and support.
  • Escalate Concerns: Identify and escalate internal or external service concerns to support quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build Professional Relationships: Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Protect Confidential Information: Handle customer and shipment information with discretion, professionalism, and care.

Support Department Performance & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to reliable service delivery, team success, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Support Department KPIs: Help maintain required performance measures, service standards, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Complete Daily Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, typing, faxing, mail distribution, phone messaging, and other office-related duties.
  • Provide Process Input: Share ideas and feedback with leadership on departmental initiatives and process improvement opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Associate degree or related college coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of related experience with an emphasis on importing and exporting goods
  • Domestic and/or international transportation and logistics experience preferred

  • Ten-key proficiency by touch and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
