Job Responsibilities
Provides front desk coverage. Assist college constituents by processing incoming documents to include, but not limited to, disability accommodation requests, re-admission petition requests, academic fresh start, appointments, etc. Answer and assist callers or transfers callers to the appropriate person if needed. Responsible for responding to departmental email and disability services test proctoring. Adds notes and copies communications into the Career & Counseling Services System. Provides excellent customer service to address and satisfactorily resolve incoming inquiries from college constituents. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. An Associate degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Ellucian Colleague.
