Position: Sr. Business Operations Specialist, Communications & Change

Position Summary: Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Sr. Business Operations Specialist to support the McKesson Real Estate account. Reporting to a Business Operations Manager, this role supports the planning, coordination, communication, and adoption of key account initiatives through change management, communications, governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness activities. The position partners with account leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and execution of strategic and operational priorities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, execution, and maintenance of account communications activities, including communication calendars, stakeholder engagement plans, distribution lists, and communication deliverables.
  • Develop and execute communication and change management deliverables that support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and successful implementation of account initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication activities and stakeholder engagement efforts to support organizational initiatives, program launches, operational changes, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop, collect, organize, and maintain executive presentations, governance materials, operational updates, business communications, and supporting documentation.
  • Support governance reporting and leadership activities by coordinating inputs, tracking action items, monitoring deliverables, and supporting follow-up activities.
  • Support organizational readiness, change adoption, and implementation efforts through communication, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain SharePoint content, communication resources, and collaboration tools while identifying opportunities to improve communication processes, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and governance activities, including agenda development, material preparation, meeting documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Partner with Business Operations Managers and functional stakeholders to support execution of account priorities, special projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational programs while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service.

  • Commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Important Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, communications, change management, project coordination, governance support, or related business functions.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder engagement, organizational communications, or operational programs.
  • Experience coordinating multiple priorities, deliverables, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and enterprise collaboration or document management platforms.
  • Experience developing dynamic executive presentations, communication materials, governance reporting packages, operational updates, and leadership communications.
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, communication campaigns, governance activities, and cross-functional programs within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, action tracking, executive follow-up processes, and utilizing business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to support operational decision-making.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
