Employee Benefit Details:
  • Hours: MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! Must work at least 10-30 hours per week.
  • This is a part time temporary Caterpillar position intended to support the full-time production workforce.
  • Shift: Part Time - flexible hours
  • Starting Pay Rate: $18.60/hour.
  • Limited benefit package (eligible for Employee Assistance Program and Wellness Program)
  • Growth opportunities: Flex workers are eligible to apply for full-time or part-time positions as they become available at the facility.
  • No need to ask for days off - you make your own schedule within the guidelines noted above.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
  • Operator will inspect part for any visual defects and apply a plastic cap by hand, hand packing in a box.
  • Operator will also learn to run the auto bagging machine (according to standard work and follow safety key points)
  • Hand loading and unloading of parts and placing in a box.
  • Operators are to ensure part numbers match paperwork in each container prior to sending to warehouse.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Previous employment or volunteer experience
