Must be comfortable performing CPR and First Aid if an emergency occurs-as well as administering nasal spray Narcan if someone needs it.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
Assess customers needs and provide the correct solution
Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
Connect clients with housing programs
Manage 20-30 clients experiencing homelessness
Conduct client intake interviews
Day Shift, 7:30AM to 6:30PM
Sunday - Wednesday
Case Manager experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts
Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
