Job description

Structure Resources is seeking skilled Carpenters for our client, a reputable General Contractor specializing in commercial construction. We are looking for talented individuals to support both commercial construction projects and facilities maintenance work. This is a temp-to-hire role with potential for long-term placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, finish work, and general construction duties on commercial projects.

  • Support the facilities maintenance team as needed, including repairs, upgrades, and general building upkeep.

  • Ability to float between commercial construction projects and maintenance work based on company needs.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with all company and OSHA standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with other trades and team members on site.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in commercial construction or facilities maintenance.

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to float between different types of work.

  • Ability to lift and carry materials, stand, kneel, and work on scaffolding as required.
