Temporary Part Time Administrative Assistant - CTUL

Available September, 2026

15โ€“20 hours/week

3โ€“6 month temporary position

This temporary, part-time position will provide administrative support to the Admin Team, with a focus on both Finance and Human Resources functions. The role will assist with day-to-day operations, including data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and hiring.

This position will report directly to Karina, HR Lead, and Simon, Finance and Operations Lead.

Finance/Operations Support:

  • Support the Finance & Operations Lead with all aspects of CTULโ€™s day-to-day financial and bookkeeping needs, including:
    • Bill payment
    • Mileage reimbursements
    • Expense reconciliation
    • Check depositing
    • Other bookkeeping tasks as assigned
  • Partner with the Finance & Operations Lead to ensure legal and financial compliance between CTUL and our sister organization, the CTUL Action Fund
  • Organizational risk and security plan development and implementation
  • Other duties as assigned
