Job description

Seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and keep financial records organized and audit-ready.

Position starts part-time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) with the expectation of transitioning to a full-time schedule.



What You'll Do:


• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

• Process payroll and employee reimbursements

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet

• Maintain organized financial records and assist with tax preparation


What We're Looking For:


• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

• Strong understanding of GAAP and double-entry bookkeeping

• Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and payroll

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management

• QuickBooks Certification is a plus
