Bookkeeper needed for a bookkeeping service in Irvine.


Temporary to Hire position paying $25-30/hr, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Hours are flexible, starting between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, Monday - Friday, with 8-hour days. 


This company provides bookkeeping services for companies throughout the United States. They are not a CPA; they are more of an outsourced accounting department. Individuals will be assigned clients to manage their entire bookkeeping.  


Duties:

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Coding and matching transactions in the bank feed of QuickBooks.
  • Provide financial statements, profit and loss statements and balance sheets to their clients.


Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is a must.
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
  • A degree is a plus, not a must.
  • MS Office skills
  • Familiar with the chart of accounts.
