Description
Are you looking for a fast-paced job that requires no previous experience, offers a relaxed dress code and a fun atmosphere full of friendly people? Look no further! Get ready to join the Fun.com family!
Located on Garvey Ave in Elsmere, KY, we have established ourselves as one of the largest online Halloween costume companies in the world and therefore need a ton of help this fall! In fact, we're looking at hiring over 50 more people as Equipment Operators right away!
Have you been looking for a chance to get trained on some machinery but in order to get experience, you apparently have to have experience already? We've got you covered! We train in-house on our order pickers! The way it works is that our Equipment Operators are in charge of putting up and retrieving our overstock from high up in the racking of our warehouse. We're talking using a machine to reach up about 25 feet in the air so hopefully you like heights!
Because of the additional training required for this position, anybody who passes the written and driving portion of the training to become an Equipment Operator will receive an extra $2 per hour.
Do you like to be active yet still intellectually challenged at work? Do you like to lift stuff? Do you enjoy mostly working independently? If so, you're exactly who we want!
We've got tons of openings right now that are guaranteed to go through October.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Operate an order picker to ensure that product is properly overstocked
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Inventory management team
  • Use a handheld scanner to perform inventory related processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Practice safe work habits
  • Have a full understanding of how inventory is handled at Fun.com from arrival to departure
  • Other duties as assigned

Wage:
Starting at $15.25 (+2 for machines once trained) + increase on 09/06/2026
Requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience setting and meeting goals
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and in group settings without direct supervision
  • Self-motivated and open to rapid change in priorities and procedures

  • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds without assistance
  • Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand on your feet for the duration of a shift
  • Maintain punctual, regular and consistent attendance
  • 18 years of age or over (to train on equipment)

Preferred Qualifications:
