About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Medical Transportation
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals get to their medical appointments. You'll schedule rides, coordinate logistics, and ensure each customer's journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Responsibilities
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Schedule transportation and dispatch trips
  • Assist in coordination of mass transportation when needed
  • Administer trips for volunteer/ independent drivers and mileage reimbursement program
  • Works closely with transportation providers and health care facilities to resolve problems
  • Assigns reservations to network providers to ensure that vehicle resources are used most efficiently and effectively to meet client demand
  • Responsible for daily communication with transportation providers
  • Ensures accurate trip data input to minimize errors and delays in timelines
