Job description

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service
Pay: $20.00/hr
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon- Fri
Location: Mokena, IL - On-site
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Know product specifications, pricing, SOPs, and promotions
  • Keep showroom organized, neat, and safe
  • Read and analyze customer room layouts, retrieve product codes
  • Enter and verify orders in the system, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collect payments and review customer accounts regularly
  • Assist with returns and replacements
  • Organize and maintain customer files and records
  • Attend training and networking events as needed
  • Support event preparation and implementation

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Experience with Order Entry programs and CRM systems like QuickBooks, Fishbowl, or NetSuite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
