High Basin Glass is growing throughout Southern Utah and looking for motivated Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to help homeowners connect with our window replacement specialists.

This is a setter role only. Your job is to generate interest, start conversations, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. You are not responsible for closing the sale.

With over 14 years serving Southern Utah, High Basin Glass has built a strong local reputation and brand recognition. Homeowners often already know who we are, making conversations easier and more productive.

Top-performing setters consistently earn between $4,000 and $8,000+ per month, with advancement opportunities available for those who want to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout Southern Utah
  • Speak with homeowners about window replacement solutions
  • Generate interest and qualify potential customers
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Track activity and appointment performance
  • Represent the High Basin Glass brand professionally
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and blitz campaigns

This is a face-to-face, field-based role that rewards persistence, communication skills, and consistency.
