University of Colorado Anschutz Department: Graduate School Job Title: Temporary Front Desk Assistant This is a Temporary position limited to no more than 12-months. This position is part-time and limited to no more than an average of 30 hours a week in a twelve-month period. Job Summary: The Graduate School seeks a part-time, Career Development Office (CDO), Postdoctoral Office (PDO), and/or Graduate School. The front desk assistant will report to Hannah Hathaway, CDO Program Manager. This is a part-time, on-campus position at CU Anschutz. Key Responsibilities: Use LinkedIn to identify and collect publicly available information about CU Anschutz alumni Organize and summarize alumni data in spreadsheets Assist with data entry tasks, including entering workshop feedback and attendance data into spreadsheets Support PDO/CDO workshops and engagement by posting flyers around campus Gather contact information for postdoctoral recruitment invitations Monitor the Graduate School email inbox and refer inquiries to appropriate staff Scan, process, and index documents using Slate Greet and refer students, staff, and faculty who come into the Graduate School office at CU Anschutz General clerical/office duties as needed Work Location: Hybrid โ€“ this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution. One year of professional experience in an academic/higher education office setting.
