Job description

RiverTech is providing Functional Support to Air Mobility Command flying squadrons. The focus of this work is to support the non-flying tasks in flying squadrons that were traditionally performed by aircrew members as additional administrative duties. This position is providing support for aircrew members at McGuire AFB in dealing with iOS (Apple) product general maintenance, restoration, and application support for EFB devices to accomplish the flying squadron's objectives. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Responsibilities * Performs set-up, maintenance, and restoration on aircrew EFB devices, to include:
* Device activation.
* Device/application password reset.
* Device/application unlock procedures.
* Initiates lost mode/device retrieval as needed.
* Performs set-up, maintenance, and restoration functions on End User Stand Alone (EUSA) devices, to include:
* Facilitates EUSA device set-up IAW the MDM provider and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
* Initiates EUSA device operating system updates as approved by DISA, and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
* Reviews audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes. Qualifications * Experience troubleshooting and loading software on computers, servers and/or EFB devices.
* Experience serving in an aircrew position; and/or knowledge about squadron flying operations; (desired) and/or knowledge about Electronic Flight Bag devices.
* Experience working with products using iOS (Apple) operating system software strongly desired.
* The minimum of a high school degree or GED is preferred.
* Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
Applicable Operational Specialty Codes (not required): * AFSC - 1C0XX, 1XXX-Operations; 1A0X1-Boom Operator, 1A1X1-Flight Engineer, 1A6X1-Flight Attendant and 1A2X1-Loadmaster, 2AX1-Aircraft Maintenance.
* USA MOS - 15.
* USMC MOS - 60XX, 61XX, 62XX, 73XX, 75XX.
* USN NEC D0XX, G5XX; 8235/8251/8251-Flight Engineer.
* Other aircrew training specialties.
