Start Date: August 17th

Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050

Schedule: Hybrid (Training on-site, then 2 days remote / 3 days in office)

Contract Length: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:

As an Account Representative, you will communicate with customers to schedule in‑home product demonstrations and support direct‑to‑consumer sales. You will source, qualify, and follow up on leads using scripts, internal systems, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a sales‑driven mindset, with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to schedule product demonstrations and installation appointments nationwide

• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting

• Participate in regular training and development sessions

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to convert them into scheduled appointments

• Source new sales opportunities through lead follow‑up

• Manage prospects at every stage of the appointment‑setting cycle

• Apply a strong sales mentality to confidently overcome objections

Candidates must be available for all listed hours.

Weekly Structure:

  • Work Monday–Friday with one weekday off
  • Must work either Saturday or Sunday

Shift Options:

  • Training: 2 weeks in person 8:00 - 5:00
  • First Month (no weekends) Nesting Period 4 days a week in person 1 day remote
  • After that convert to full hybrid
  • Morning Shift, Evening Shift, Afternoon Shift - You will work all of these throughout the week
  • Every other week the schedule changes but they try and make everything as consistent as possible

The Account Representative communicates directly with customers to win the scheduling of in-home demonstrations of our products, and make direct-to-consumer sales of products. This position sources and follows up on sales and customer leads from various sources, working with various scripts and product information provided. Must develop a strong product knowledge, and communicate effectively and confidently with customers, installers, and operations.
